Is same-sex marriage legal in Texas?

Are your ceremonies different for same-sex couples?
Not at all. Every couple receives the same beautiful, legally binding ceremony. We simply adjust pronouns and language to reflect your relationship.
Do we need witnesses?
No. Texas does not require witnesses for a marriage ceremony. You are welcome to bring guests within the limits of your selected ceremony package.
What about our marriage license?
You'll need a Texas marriage license from any county clerk's office. The process is the same for all couples. We handle filing it after the ceremony.
